Sounds like a scene from the beginning of Harold and Kumar.
It could be, but I think it depends on the tone of the overall movie.
If its poop jokes and "good minority" stereotypes, it's Hurwitz (Harold and Kumar)
If the movie is raunchy but ultimately tender, it could easily be from Judd Apatow and his affinity for Hebrew potheads.
I suppose it could also be from a nihilistic home movie previewing mass murder.
